First Statewide Conference on Friday May 11 in Sacramento.
This is a FREE event complete with a continental breakfast, a gourmet lunch and very interesting speakers from all over California! There has been great interest in this event with many early registrants, so we are changing to a slightly larger venue. It will be a classroom style with opportunity for questions and discussion. Welcome to the California League of Bond Oversight Committees (CaLBOC). CaLBOC is an all volunteer, non-partisan association of Citizen Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) members, current and past, who are interested in helping other Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee members.
CaLBOC was formed in 2006 by CBOC members trying to find better training to help them perform their duties. Our first training session was held in San Jose in 2007, and we incorporated in the State of California in 2008. In 2009 we were recognized as a 501(c)3 charitable organization by the IRS.
